Kokoda

A specialty in Fiji includes the kokoda, which is raw fish marinated in lolo and lime juice, since this country is an island fish is is popular so are fruits. A typical breakfast ,in Fiji, is served early and tends to be fruit, bread and sometimes may include fish. For lunch and dinner the food may include baked or boiled fish, dalo (taro root), lolo (cocunut milk),corned beef, and tavioka (cassava),
